The Customer Services people DO NOT answer any questions or provide any help.
I paid for the software and for the CD, 5 weeks later I have still not received the CD and the software as downloaded simply freezes. If I had the CD I might stand a chance of rectifying the problems, but with no answers from the Customer Services People, and with no way to contact them (by law all companies selling products should clearly show on their websites full Registered Company Address, phone, fax and email details - WebUnion Media Ltd / A4 Flash DO NOT) I have paid out £172 ($285) for a product I DO NOT OWN.
In my opinon not to provide a service, not to send out the CD but to take money for this is TANTAMOUNT TO THEFT!
I therefore strongly urge people not to purchase this software but instead purchase SwishMax - it does the same, but better, and you can download templates or design your own from scratch.
Finally to reiterate, this company did not provide a service, has not replied to any of my umpteen requests for help, there is not way to contact them outside of their online ticket system (which they ignore), they have not sent out the CD to me and thus have illegally taken money from me for goods that I do not own.
